We give the best quality. We have the best service. Customer is our first priority.
Every business says this. It is written on every website and every visiting card.
So the customer does not believe it now. They have read the same lines a hundred times.
What do they believe? They believe what they can see.
A photo of the kitchen you made. A video of the machine running. A real customer saying in their own words why they came back.
Put real proof on your website and your Google profile. It builds more trust than any big line.
You do not need a camera team for this. A phone is enough. Real is better than perfect.
Show these
- Before and after photos. From the same angle. It shows the change clearly.
- A short video of your work. 30 seconds of the real work being done.
- A real customer talking for 20 seconds. In their own language. Do not give them lines to say.
- Photos of your team and your shop. People like to see who they are dealing with.
Mistakes to avoid
- Using photos from the internet
- Writing reviews yourself
- Showing a customer's photo or home without asking them
- Editing the photo so much that it looks unreal
Make it a habit. Every time a job is done take two photos. Ask the customer if you can share them.
In six months you will have a gallery that sells for you. New customers will come already convinced.
What to do in the next 7 days
