A chartered accountant offers GST filing, income tax returns, company registration and audit. The website has one Services page. All four are listed there with three lines each.

Now a shop owner in Noida searches GST filing for small business. Google looks for a page that talks about exactly that. It finds a page that talks a little about four things. So it shows another firm's page that is only about GST.

This is how one page with everything stays hidden.

A separate page for each service fixes it. The page about GST talks only about GST. Who needs it. What papers you need from them. How long it takes. What it costs to start. A button to ask.

The customer who lands there feels this firm does exactly what they need. That feeling is what makes them press the button.

How to build the pages

  1. List every service the way customers say it. Write AC repair instead of HVAC solutions. Use the words people type and speak.
  2. Give each service its own page and address. Something like yoursite.in/gst-filing. The page title should carry the service and your city.
  3. Answer the real questions on that page. Price range, time taken, documents needed and what happens after they contact you. Five or six short answers are enough.
  4. Add a photo or example of that work. Show a real job you did for that service. Skip the stock photo of people shaking hands.
  5. End with one clear button. WhatsApp or call. Put the service name in the ready message so you know which page they came from.

Mistakes to avoid

  • Copying the same text on every page and only changing the service name
  • Making pages for services you do not really offer
  • Leaving the new pages out of the menu so nobody can reach them
  • Writing for Google instead of for the person reading

You do not have to make all the pages at once. Start with the service that earns the most or the one people ask about the most. Make that page well. Then add one page a week.

Link the pages to each other. The GST page can point to the company registration page. A customer who came for one service often needs the next one.

What to do in the next 7 days

  • Day 1: Write down every service you sell in the words your customers use.
  • Day 2: Pick the one service that matters most to your business.
  • Day 3: Write answers to the five questions people ask most about it.
  • Day 4 to 7: Put that page live, link it from the menu and share it on WhatsApp.
