This is KVai Wear. It is an online clothing store we built.
When a brand wants to sell online the first question is always the same. Should we make a website or an app?
Our answer is to plan both from day one even if you launch them one after another.
Why? Because many brands make the website first with one team. Later they make the app with another team. Now they have two systems. The product is added in two places. The price is changed in two places. Stock does not match. Orders get mixed.
In KVai Wear the website and the app use the same backend. You add a product once and it shows in both places. Stock, prices and orders stay the same everywhere.

What is inside
- Full catalogue with filters. The customer can filter by size, colour and price. They find the product fast.
- Cart, wishlist and checkout. The wishlist is important. Many people save today and buy after salary day.
- A matching mobile app. Regular customers like an app. They open it again when they get a notification.
- One place to manage products. Your team updates one panel. The website and the app both change.
Mistakes to avoid in an online store
- Launching with 500 products and bad photos. Start with your best 50
- Asking the customer to make an account before they can see the cart
- Hiding delivery charges till the last step
- Forgetting the return policy page
Good photos sell more than good words. Spend time on photos. Show the product from the front, the back and on a person.
Keep checkout short. Every extra step loses some buyers.
What to do in the next 7 days
- Day 1: Choose your best 50 products. Leave the rest for later.
- Day 2: Take good photos of each one from the front, the back and in use.
- Day 3: Write the price, the sizes and the delivery time for every product.
- Day 4 to 7: Decide your return policy and your delivery areas before the store is built.
