We tell every client the same thing. First write down the work that your team does again and again. Then choose one small task and automate it. See how it goes for one month.
Start small. Keep a person in charge. Then grow.
What to do in the next 7 days
- Day 1: Ask every team member to write the work they repeat every day.
- Day 2: Choose the one task that takes the most time and needs the least thinking.
- Day 3: Decide who will check the result every day.
- Day 4 to 7: Automate that one task and ask the team after a week if it helped.
